Refund Policy
Last updated June 24, 2026.
This policy explains how cancellation and refund requests are handled for Haven Development services.
Refund Window
For services hosted directly on Haven infrastructure, such as bot hosting, Lavalink hosting, and web hosting, you may request cancellation within 24 hours of the initial payment. Eligible requests may be refunded as account credit after review, provided the service was not abused, heavily used, custom-configured, or suspended for policy reasons.
After 24 Hours
After the first 24 hours, direct Haven-hosted services may still be cancelled, but cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the billing period and does not include an automatic refund or credit.
Provider-Backed Services
VPS, VDS, dedicated servers, storage, Windows licenses, IP add-ons, region moves, and similar provider-backed services may require review before an immediate cancellation, refund, or credit can be approved. If a provider-backed cancellation is not approved, we may keep the service active until the end of the billing period or deny the refund request.
Non-Refundable Items
- Setup fees, custom work, managed install labor, license fees, region migration fees, add-ons, domain-related costs, abuse cases, chargebacks, and services terminated for policy violations.
- Renewals that have already been used, custom-provisioned, or provider-committed unless Haven approves otherwise.
Account Credit
Approved refunds are normally issued as account credit. Credit can be used toward future invoices but is not a cash balance, bank account, or guaranteed withdrawal method unless required by law or approved by Haven.
Repeated Refund Requests
Repeated short-term purchases, repeated cancellation/refund requests, suspected abuse, or attempts to cycle free service time may be denied or restricted. We may require manual review before granting further credit.
Disputes and Chargebacks
Please contact support before opening a payment dispute. Chargebacks may lead to service suspension, account restriction, loss of credit eligibility, and recovery of unpaid balances.
