Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated June 24, 2026.
This policy protects customers, infrastructure, upstream providers, and the wider internet.
General Rule
You may not use Haven Development services for illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, disruptive, or high-risk activity. You are responsible for all activity on your services, including activity by users, scripts, bots, plugins, mods, and customers you allow onto the service.
Prohibited Content and Activity
- Phishing, scams, impersonation, credential theft, malware, botnets, spam, or unsolicited bulk messaging.
- Copyright infringement, stolen data, doxxing, harassment, threats, or illegal content.
- Network attacks, port scanning, brute force activity, proxy abuse, open relays, or traffic designed to disrupt others.
- Mining, resource abuse, excessive I/O, or workloads that materially degrade shared infrastructure unless explicitly allowed.
Game and Application Hosting
Game servers, bots, panels, websites, and applications must follow game publisher rules, platform rules, license rules, and applicable law. Mods or plugins that cause abuse, attacks, or unauthorized access are prohibited.
Security and Abuse Response
You must respond to abuse reports and security requests quickly. We may limit, suspend, block traffic, remove content, or terminate a service when needed to protect customers, networks, providers, or Haven.
Provider Rules
Some services use third-party infrastructure or licensing. Those services may also be subject to provider, data center, and network rules. If provider rules require action, we may enforce those requirements on the affected service.
Enforcement
Policy violations can result in warning, suspension, termination, data removal, denial of refund, account restriction, or reporting when legally required.
